What to Do When Muha Meds Verification Fails

A failed or unclear verification result should not be treated as proof that a product is genuine. Stop, preserve the available evidence and use the correct support channels.

1. Confirm the product generation

Second-generation products use a scratch-off code. Third-generation products are scanned with the Muha Members app. A result obtained through the wrong method is not useful.

2. Confirm the website or app source

Enter a scratch code only on the verification page published by Muha Meds. Obtain the Muha Members app through links published by the brand. A QR code that merely opens a webpage is not authentication by itself.

3. Record the exact result

Keep the packaging, order number, photographs and exact error or status displayed. Do not publish an unused verification code or send sensitive payment credentials.

4. Contact the appropriate party

Contact the retailer about the order and use the channels published by Muha Meds for brand-authentication questions. Muha Meds X can assist with orders placed through this website but cannot override the brand’s verification result.

5. Respond to health concerns promptly

If a vaping product causes cough, chest pain, shortness of breath or another concerning symptom, stop using it and seek medical care. Verification status does not establish that a product is medically safe.

Start with the verification page, then review order support and responsible-use information.
