Obtain the app through published links
Use the app-store links provided on the Muha Meds verification page. Do not install an app from an attachment, unofficial download page or message from an unknown seller.
Confirm the product generation first
App scanning is the method published for third-generation products. If packaging identifies a second-generation scratch code, use the matching code-entry process instead.
A QR code is not the verification result
A QR code can direct a phone to a webpage or app listing. The meaningful signal is the authentication response produced through the published Muha Members process—not the existence of a scannable symbol.
If the scan is unclear
Keep the product packaging, order number and exact message displayed by the app. Contact the retailer regarding the order and use brand-published channels for authentication questions.
