Refund & Returns Policy

This policy describes how return, replacement and refund requests are handled for purchases made through muhamedsx.com. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Return request period
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Contact support before returning any item. Returns remain subject to the eligibility requirements below, and unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible, an item may need to be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vaping products may be non-returnable unless defective or otherwise required by law.
Non-returnable items
- Opened, used or tampered products, except where defective rights apply.
- Items damaged through misuse, improper storage or incompatible equipment.
- Products prohibited from return by health, hygiene or applicable-law requirements.
- Gift cards or clearance items where lawfully identified as final sale.
Damaged, incorrect or defective orders
Contact support promptly with the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Do not dispose of the product or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Return shipping
For an approved return, Muha Meds X will pay the return-shipping cost and provide the customer with return instructions, a prepaid shipping label where applicable, and the designated return address. Customers must send the item only to the address specified in the return authorization and use the instructed trackable method.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After an authorized return is received and inspected, the refund review is normally completed within 3–5 business days. Once issued, the customer’s bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. Processing periods may vary by financial institution.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Orders already processed or dispatched may not be cancellable.
