Orders are reviewed before dispatch during our published processing hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–8:30 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; Sunday, closed. Public holidays and circumstances requiring additional review may affect processing. Processing hours are not a guarantee of dispatch or delivery.
Shipping destinations
Shipping availability is determined for each order according to the destination, applicable law, and the delivery information presented during checkout or order confirmation. We do not ship to locations where the listed products are prohibited. Customers are responsible for confirming applicable age restrictions and local laws.
Shipping charges and estimates
Any available delivery method, carrier, charge, and estimated timeframe is shown during checkout or confirmed for the specific order. No carrier relationship, delivery window, or delivery date is guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed for that order.
Tracking
Where tracking is provided, details are sent using the contact information supplied with the order. Tracking may take time to update after dispatch.

Delays, loss and damaged parcels
